Acquire the necessary computing and biometric devices to facilitate biometrics capture integrated to the Biometrics Registration module of the County’s Human Resource Information Management Information System (HRIMS)
To set-up biometrics capture stations (comprising of the necessary hardware and biometrics capture devices and software) at the county Head Quarters and/or 3 other sub-counties in readiness for staff biometrics capture.
Conduct training to existing Human Resource Officers and empower them to carry out biometrics’ registration
Conduct the staff biometrics registration over a period of 30 days
Perform a Human Resource Data Analysis comparing the existing payroll data to data captured during the biometrics exercise.
